For the most part, there were a few additions and some omissions in the adaptation of Bakuman but for the most part everything remains generally the same. Sometimes some parts that were not shown before show up later like the presence of swords in most battle manga.

So I finally started watching Inazuma Eleven and Hajime no Ippo.

I stopped when both reached a rest/training episode XD One thing that struck me as similar with the two, other than both can be considered sports anime, is the seiyuu they had on reserve.
